I use Rushcard services for my military - deposit, my money goes in on the - and I try to pay may bills but the card is decline. The card I 'm using expiration date is -. So I call customer service and they say the card no longer works because the new card they sent out came back to them for the wrong address. I tried to explain to them that my card is good til the end of the month but the service rep told me that 's how their system works. Even though I have to accounts with them I still can not touch my money. Now the rep tells me to verify my address so I did, the rep then says the card would be in the mail in 2 days. Those days have pass and still no card because they sent the card to the wrong address again. We are now on day 3 and I 'm told they sent it to the right address and ups got it wrong. Mean while I have - accounts with them and they would not make my money available to me. I have child care, cable bill and etc that are due when due otherwise there are no services. A rep sent me an email at - stating they know how frustrating it could be and I might have a card in 3 to 5 days but if I need my funds immediately to leave them my contact information so I left my contact information and now there 's no reply.
