Credit Karma, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine California
I received a notice on Saturday, - -, 2016 - from creditkarma.com that my password has changed. I did n't make this request which came in conjunction with credit card number, being stolen and used fraudulently, and an attempt to hack my yahoo email and - account which, to the best of my knowledge, failed. An email dialogue ensured which I have printed out in PDF format The highlights include : - They think I am - ---- which they should know I am not because I told them so 14 times and because they are emailing -- not --. They actually published - - 's DOB which is personally identifiable information ( PII ) over clear text email to me ( - - - ) who self-identified as NOT - -
Credit Karma is inept and shares DOB over clear text emails and expects me to do the same. The email dialogue is attached. They explicitly declined to call me or give me their number. I can not find their number on the web for credit karma. In their email contact they publish a bad number - - - - which is not their company when I call it. I submitted a police report this evening in person to police - - - ( on the - - on the evening of - ) of the -, - police department. The police report number is - Jus email is --. I am foggy on next steps. I would really appreciate an investigator to figure out what 's going on. - - - - --
