I have had a title loan with title ax for 3+years, during this time I have paid interest charges, paid down principle, increase my loan, and paid several late fees. The issue is when I requested an increase in loan amount they did not ask what my income was although they knew I was on -. They provided me an additional -. Dollars. After this when I returned in I believe they ask that I sign some old documents from months before stating I received disclosures. I have been asked each time since to sign the same statement but have never received any disclosures.
