Domestic (US) money transfer Fraud or scam Washington

I went onto - to buy some - - game tickets. I found a guy to buy them at the price I could afford. HE agreed. I had been texting with him and also talked to him on the phone before sending the money. I used Money Gram to send the money, and he is n't sending the tickets. I 'm out $300.00 and $11.00 for the Money Gram fee. I would like help in making sure this does n't happen to someone else.
