I believe paypal is scamming me. A few months ago I made some purchases on ebay and used PayPal to purchase items. After quite a few purchases I started receiving bills in the mail from PayPal for paypal credit. I did not sign up for this service and expressed that to them but all they would do is cancel the service. My bills from them are stacking up. Please help me.
