I called - - at a - number to purchase airline tickets for travel to -. I was charged a foreign transaction fee by the credit card company. I purchased tickets from a - branch in - Dollars. How can I be charged a fee by the credit card company? I have purchased airline tickets this way before and have n't been charged a fee. Please advise.
