PayPal Holdings, Inc. Credit card department,
Unsolicited issuance of credit card Washington
I was unknowingly signed up for a paypal line of credit in 2005. Paypal was apparently sending invoices to an inactive email address. After I was unknowingly signed up, I was unknowingly caused to use this line of credit during - purchases. I unknowingly accrued interest and late fees until such a time that Paypal sent me a written notice in the mail. When I received the notice in the mail, it was the first time I became aware of the account, the charges and the fees. This must have happened in an underhanded way because I have been a Paypal customer for years and made hundreds of purchases, and never have I authorized or chosen to use anything other than my own credit cards and bank account. I want to join in on the class action lawsuit against Paypal for this illegal action.
