Simply put, Wells Fargo sent me a letter on - saying that my home loan adjustable interest rate is now 3.00 %, and starting -/-/- my adjustable interest rate would remain 3.00 % for a year. On -/-/- I received the exact same letter stating that starting -/-/- my home loan adjustable interest rate is now 3.375 %. I relied on the -/-/- letter and did not refinance.
