i was checking my - credit report and i found a collecton account on my credit report with amount : - I didnt use this service and i didnt authorize it to be done under my social security number i contacted the original : the representive of the original creditor told me there is no unpaid bills or any bills under my name or my social security number has been transfered to the collection agency I Dispued i from my - credit report and due to the invistgations it has been deleted from my transunion credit report but the Quality Asset Recovery reinserted it on my - and - credit report without sending me any notification - This is a violation to the Fedral Fair Credit Report ACT Section 6o9 FCRA Section 6o9 - The original creditor should ask me to pay this bills before it get transfered to the collection agency - This collection account has many incorrect informations as 1 - my first name 2- my last name 3- my mailing address - iam already having - how come to receive medical bill while iam having medical insurance - I made a recorded phone call with the agent of the original creditor to as about this bills he told me there is no unpaid bills under my name - here is a copy of my - and recoded phone call with representive of the original creditor
