Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine California

When making a final payment on a closed account with -, I found out that there was another phone line that was opened up in my name about 2 years ago, - 2013. When I went to Credit Karma to obtain a credit report, and to find if there was any other illegal and unauthorized activity, I found out that there a home and auto loan that was also taken out in my name around the same time.
