I am delinquent on my mortgage and am trying to get approved for a loan modification. I have provided all the documents requested by my mortgage company in order to consider me but I have a foreclosure sale date scheduled on -/-/16. They are telling me they are unsure if the sale date will be pushed back. I need some assistance with this, please help in any way possible.
