A fellow Co worker, Used my information to buy a car. I am a nurse and a Patient with the Company that I work for so that Nurse " - - '' used my personal information with out my knowledge and There are several creditors that are calling one particular number - Claiming that I owe them funds or if I know where to reach -. I have advised - that I did not authorize for my information to be used, yet they cont. to call. - would be able to access all of my information through a company application that stores all patients demographics.
