on - - - I called rushcard to say my card was lost or stolen they told me the account card was going to be deactivated so i put in dispute and nothing seems to happen on - - and they told me nothing was filed and nothing was on hold the card was still opened and was able to be used so I went online myself and cancaled the card on - the - there was still large charges coming in from facebook on my account and the rush card did nothing to help me when i said to them i was going to call the police and file a complaint agaisnt them they di open a dispute and told me they were going to email me the form to fill out and wait 1 to 3 hours nothing came and then again on the - of - called in and asked agian for the form and nothing was sent - in dispute so what did they do after i was disputing only - charges they went all the way back into my account and filed - charges which in turn will be fraud on my part if i sign the form which still never was sent they love tell you what you want to hear but do nothing to fix it they want your money and collect interest on it while not giving it back to you they refuse to help they are not afraid of the banking laws because they dont fall under it metabank backs them and then metabank say no they use there routing i am at the merecy of rushcard which they dont care about no - but themselves they dont care who steal my money they say i should be more careful not the answer i was looking for so my m, oney is gone and they wont dispute them
