There JC PENNEY will find that, in accordance with the FCBA ( see specifically 15 U.S.C. - -, it is your responsibility to establish the following : No unauthorized charges occurred. charges do not list the wrong date or amount ; there were no charges for goods and services that I did n't accept or were n't delivered as agreed ; you did not make any math errors ; you did not fail to post payments and other credits, such as returns ; you did not fail to send bills to my current address ; and charges for which I asked for an explanation of written proof of purchase along with a claimed error or request for clarification Your next letter must fully establish that the information you are reporting to the credit reporting agencies is accurate.
