TRANSUNION has violated the law and continues to ignore me and must be held responsible for unlawful behavior and unprofessionalism : 15 U.S. Code section 1681i : ( 2 ) Before the expiration of the 5-day period beginning on the date on which a consumer reporting agency receives notice of a dispute from any consumer or a reseller in accordance with paragraph ( 1 ), the agency shall provide notification of the dispute to any person who provided any item of information in dispute the address and in the manner established with the person. The notice small include all relevant information regarding the dispute that the agency has received from the consumer or reseller! -Transunion refuse 's to acknowledge their 3rd party source who is holding my credit report hostage. They have failed to notify the superior courts office that i am disputing this item and they have never placed a notification next to this public record labeling it as " in dispute ''


They continue to deny me an investigation and have denied me any further ones, and that is NOT LAWFUL! I have no proof, no verification and no notices from the records office or transunion that I have disputed this invalid lien. Transunion is also violating the law section ( b ) in the same paragraph. Which states : The consumer reporting agency shall promptly provide to the person who provided the information in dispute all relevant information regarding the dispute that is received by the agency from the consumer or the reseller after the period referred to in subparagraph ( A ) and before the end of the period referred to in paragraph ( - ) ( A ). -Transunion has not done this in any way shape or form and I have received absolutely no descriptions an procedures as to how and what actual evidence was used in the determination process. The records office has NO evidence of a request on this agencies behalf to verify ANY information under my social security number or even my name! This company is shutting me down like I am nothing to them! Notification of FCRA law violation regarding TRANSUNION. They have threatened me again. They have claimed that I will NOT be heard and I would like the CFPB to note that I will not cease to fight an invalid tax lien - from my credit report. Transunion refuses to investigate anything nor do they acknowledge that this lien was deemed invalid and should be removed by law.
