My wallet and phone including credit card and passwords was stolen from my car in - 2015 when discovered the next morning I called Barclays Bank and reported the card stolen and reported - fraudulent ATM charges in the amount of - that occurred. The charges were removed while the company investigated the charges. A full 3 months pass and I log into my account and see the charges have been re-added to my account with no explanation from the card company. I called again and again reported that those charges were not mine. That was roughly a month ago and since then no action has been taken to correct the situation and remove these charges from my account.
