My experience with your organization has been a mixture of a grateful " thank-you '' and a pressing request concerning my trade line, in my credit files from - - Toyota Financial - - -, that I would like to have revised, to accurately report my payment history. Pursuant to Section 611 of The Fair Credit Reporting Act, please investigate the following late items that your organization has mistakenly reported on my credit report ( s ). My account number with - - Toyota Financial is : Account Number - 2015 - - -. As discussed, I have been communicating on many occasions about issues with payment transaction issues. Each and every time I have communicated with your organization, I was assured that NO LATE PAYMENT would occur as circumstances beyond my control were wreaking havoc on this situation, and in a timely fashion


What makes it even more difficult is when I am confronted with such an instance, your back-up payment options are limited, and truly added to the stress of the situation. There are many exacerbating circumstances that caused such hardship ( s ), and confusion with my transactions. All in which were proven beyond my control, that no body truly has a concrete explanation for, and my payment history does not match your payment history ; thus you are reporting the - 30 day late payments inaccurately. I do n't have all the answers, but my virtues are made apparently present by my unwavering payment history, by my extremely high amount of direct communication with you and your team, and by the numerous promises from you all that you understood that my situation was special, and I would NOT endure the devastating reporting of any 30 day late payments on my credit report ( as I was never 30days late. ) With that said, I have been through a long road of hardships. I was injured and am now retired from the New York -, I am -, I suffered a divorce, and a Bankruptcy. I have been working so hard over the past four years and have been re building my credit until now. I also suffer from -. So you can only imagine the stress, the confusion, and the situation of keeping my payment history perfect. I did not pay my - payments 30 days late, I have proven your records are inaccurate compared to the financial institution transactions, I have made sure within days of notification of troubled transactions I got the payment to you by any means possible, and I have shown a high attitude of virtue, by going as far as paying a double payment in -, for both - and -, thus proving I had the funds to satisfy my promise to you all. I am kindly asking for you to please remove these - inaccurate late payments, as I am in the process of getting a new home via my Veterans Mortgage Benefits, and this is affecting my abilities in a serious manner. I thank you again for your kind understanding, for all of the awesome customer service reps whom showed me so much understanding and compassion, and for the opportunity to take care of this issue.
