This activity was due to identity theft. I have sent over - letters to the collection agency via my attorney demanding verification of debt ( loan documents, copy of check used for the loan, etc. ) and they have yet to send me anything. My complaint is that they have re-aged the debt several times over the past two years which adds time to it 's removal from my credit report. It 's my belief that they are doing this illegally.
