Navient Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan North Carolina

I have asked that all correspondence be by mail. Pioneer Credit calls multiple times a day to myself and numerous family members. They are now engaging in deceptive practices of making false representations by somehow displaying my family names on the caller id in place of their phone number. This is harassing and intimidating uncalled for actions on the part of Pioneer Credit.
