3 issues. 1 ) they are unresponsive or extremely delayed in any attempt to get the PMI dropped. 2 ) they collect the escrow fees for insurance but did n't pay it and now I have a cancellation notice. 3 ) horrible customer service ... ..It is not right that a consumer is forced to work with whatever mortgage company buys our loan.
