We opened a Bank of America mortgage in - -. We have since went through - modifications with them in which we were told not to make payments on our current mortgage until our modification was approved. Once our loan was modified our payments were not shown as made on time and our new balance on our loan was never shown. We have also been on time with payments since the beginning of - but Bank of America shows -, 30 day late payments at the end of last year. I have the receipts showing when those payments were made and still Bank of America and the credit bureaus have refused to remove the 30 day late marks on our credit.
