As stated before in several complaints against BMW Financial Services and again here, payments on my loan do not reflect a total of - down as negotiated with selling dealer, BMW of - -. The sales manager, -, was attempting to extort - out of me as a total of - was supposed to be put down. However, only - was put down and - wanted me to give him - in cash for his pocket. His exact words were, " You 're putting down - but it will only show - ''. Complaints against dealer have been made with - ( - ), Attorney General of Connecticut, Consumer Affairs in Connecticut, all unresolved. An extension would have remedied the matter, however, BMW Financial Services will not make an exception and denied all requests. Ive attempted to reach a - -, left several voice messages, in regard to this. He does not return calls. It appears BMW Financial Services will not budge in any direction in regard to this matter. Please consider this matter unresolved and advise them this will not go away, they will need to do something about this or they WILL continue to receive complaints.
