On - -, 2014 My daughter went into children hospital for a procedure. I was ask to prepay the procedure in advance so that I would receive 50 % off. I complied and paid that bill. My son became ill during shortly after when I called for to set up a prepayment plan. They said they combined all the charges together and I was on a payment plan. I have been paying - a month. In - I started receiving different bills. So i called in. The operator on the line state the prepayment was not applied and it would be sent for management review. She said no way I should have anything to pay. IN - I was sent a multiple bills. I then called in. The lady on the phone said the prepayment was not applied and I did not need to pay it. This would be sent to review. In - I received another statement. Before I had a chance to call. I received a collection notice.from CMRE I then called them. They said it was - from children which is what I pay monthly. They said to call children as if I am making that payment monthly it must be a mistake. I called children and then I was told it would be sent to management review pulled back and put in the payment plan I am playing. Today children called and said that they cant see anything although the first - agents read the notes to me. It was in collection and they would not help me. A final statement was sent with no explanation of benefits. Now they are destroying my credit just because I listen to them and send them still to this day - a month. As our payment was achieve. I can not help it if there agents split things off my bill and failed to explain what was happening.
