PNC Bank Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Ohio

My bank continues to charge me overdraft fees even though I refused to opt in to such a " service ''. I was under the impression ( please correct me if I 'm wrong as I am no expert ) that unless I set an account to automatically withdraw from my account ( currently only my Landlord and - do so ) that they were not legally allowed to do so unless I opted into such a " service ''. I most certainly did not. Please help.
