My home mortgage documents/regulation z which were originated on - -, - states that my monthly payment would be $5100.00 beginning -/-/-. I received a letter from Wells Fargo stating my new payment is $6400.00. When I called Wells Fargo, the customer service reps have no answer for the discrepancy but say I must pay the $6400.00 or fall into foreclosure. My interest rate is locked at - % currently and all other previous annual increases have been in accordance to my signed loan documents. I feel this is totally unfair, unethical and a breach of contract and would like immediate help in resolving this matter.
