We purchased a CPO BMW from - - -. Since then my vehicle has been in and out of the service department at least 9 times since - of this year. I was told it was a gas tank that was replaced the first time after I was told that there was not even one tank in the world but keep driving on it although it was burning gas. BMW Corp office contacted me after I emailed everyone I could locate and offered me a - customer loyalty check. After I accepted the check and believed my car to be repaired, I received an email that my vehicle gas tank had arrived to the service department. Via email I questioned BMW because my engine light came on and I received the email, that the part had arrived after I was told and only signed under the impression that it was on. The - - the contact said it was an error but within a couple of months the tank was again replaced due to the engine lights. I was not able to work my husband was - with the military and now we are falling behind in paying the vehicle whose light has come on and serviced 6 times since -. They will not take back the vehicle and are now giving us a hard time telling us to trade it in, but if you trade it in they can read the key and see all the repairs and they are now saying it 's worth - less than what I owe. Please help resolve this. The vehicle is not safe we have corporates for months and the lights keep coming on and it is affecting my job and now I am falling behind. I have emails and service records to document this on going battle.
