Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Colorado

I wanted to see my credit report before I went out and applied for an apartment. Upon requesting my information from the - bureaus in Annual Credit Report and Credit Karma I could not get passed the verification stage. Apparently, the information I provided is wrong and I have a home loan from -/-/-, a credit card from -/-/-, and a debit card that is not the one I have in my wallet, which is the only debit card I have ever had and I got it in -/-/-. I do recall losing my wallet in -/-/- in the back of a truck that I have n't seen since that day. I replaced my I.D . the next day assuming that the guy could n't have done anything in a night, plus I was -.
