I was never contacted about this debt even though the original vendor ( - ) and the agent had my telephone information and my email address. The Agent simply " flagged '' my Credit Report adversly impacting my score. The Agent advised that they did not have the responsibility to attempt to contact me and that if I did not pay the bill they would continue to adversely impact me credit score. I advised them that if they had contacted me I would have paid the bill. In fact, I contacted - and paid the bill. Without going through proper, professional business practices, this agency is using it 's ability to adversely impact a consumers very important Credit Score to extort payments from customers
