TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result California
Transunion sent the paper report ( attached ) in response to CFPB case # - regarding - - # -In their CFPB response, Transunion says the date of first delinquency is " reporting '' as -/-/-.THEIR report is attatched and it is NOT REPORTING at all.In addition the payment received was $26.00 not - as they are reporting. the last payment made was -/-/- which is not reporting. The payment table does not accurately correspond with the -/-/- date of first delinquency.Basic math in relation to the non-appearing date of first delinquency dictates that the payment table is erroneous. TRANSUNION IS NOT FAIRLY AND ACCURATELY PORTRAYING MY CREDIT according to FCRA. ALSO THE HIGH BALANCE AND ORIGINAL CHARGE-OFF AMOUNTS ARE FRAUDULENTLY E-CESSIVE BY HUNDRED 'S OF DOLLARS BECAUSE THE CREDITOR VIOLATED THE RULES OF THE FULLY-IMPLEMENTED -/-/- CREDIT CARD ACT IN CHARGING LEGALLY E-CESSIVE PENALTY FEES AND INTEREST.TO SUPPORT THIS, -, THE DEBT BUYER STOPPED COLLECTION AND DELETED CREDIT REPORTING AFTER THEIR INVESTIGATION about a year ago.WHEN - BOUGHT THE DEBT IT WAS " PAID IN FULL ''.
