I notice a new collection on my - credit report and didnt reconize it disputed it with the credit bureau. Cam back as verified. Contact the collection angency that was listed on my credit report and ask about this debt. Then they gave me a name other than mine as the oweing the debt. And told them i am disputing this debt i want original bill and what if anything i paid on this aledged debt and what are the charges for. The agent said to me we dont do that all we have is a computer generated bill ( tied assuming to my social security number being on my experian credit report ) cause the name they gave me was -. Not -, and they told me i need to contact the oringinal creditor not them i keep asking for them to validate the debt but refused telling me its not there job. I told them to remove this from my credit report but refused to.
