Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Oregon

I recently received a letter from Professional Credit Service in regards to account # -, which was paid in -/-/- ( see copy of Check # - attached and other billing invoices related ), the dollar amount referenced in the letter from PCS dated of -/-/- which is a lot less than the $150.00 paid then in -/-/-. The account # - was paid fully to - - care so I do not understand that almost 6 years later I am getting this type of letter. In this case It looks like fraudulent double dipping or incompetence.
