RE : Your submission, [ Case number : - ] - - - - To : Consumer Financial Protection Bureau You people are something else! I wrote you and submitted a detailed complaint nearly a month later I got a letter from you saying that my file was not complete, and that I should contact you immediately. I did that. The lady I spoke to said she could n't match my name and the file number, no case existed. I insisted that there must be or I would n't have received the letter I was holding in my hand.


discuss it with me, that I would just have to file another complaint. Deciding that I was involved with another worthless, self serving bureaucracy, I decided to not pursue my complaint further. Nobody really cared, just wanted to give lip service to all the wonderful things being done for me. A few weeks later I received a second letter that read almost like the first one. After giving myself a couple of days to cool off from the stupidity of all of this, I called again the number provided me in the letter. This time I documented the call. - -, 2015 I spoke with -. Again I was told that my name and the number did not match anything in her computer, the case must not exist. - listened while I filled in the background to my call. ( BTW - Kudos to - for a great job ) She said there was another place she could check, it would take some time, asked if I had time to wait for her to go look. ( way to go -! ) Yes, I could and would wait. In less time than I expected she was back and said : I found the file It is incomplete ALL that was missing was an email address and a phone number ( Ah-hah! - the secret stuff first lady couldn't/would n't talk to me about! ) Gave me instruction on what to do to take care of problem. Said that was all that was needed, and that I would hear from you folks soon. I faxed the info within a few minutes of the end of that call Now I get the third correspondence from you folks saying you are closing the case because you do n't have a complete file. How did you email me if you did n't get my fax with the " All we need is - - '' information? It must be dark with your heads so far up your - - - - Close the case. It is obvious to me that you folks have no intention of looking into this problem and getting me an answer. Credit reporting companies must pay your wages. - - - -- - - - - - - - -, OR -
