Safe Step tub was installed -/-/2015 and credit card account opened for $10000.00 of debt. - at -, and her - daughter, were in no way able to make this purchase. Furthermore, - has no - that require her to use a - and she is quite capable of bathing or showering in a regular set up. I have been contacting Synchrony since -/-/- about this account and we continue to receive bills with past due charges. I have asked repeatedly that all those charges be rescinded and that any new charges be suspended until this matter can be fully investigated. I have not been contacted by Synchrony Bank at all - other than to continue to receive billing. Yesterday, I was stunned to learn that Synchrony has placed this account into collection with - without so much as responding to even one of my many letters and numerous telephone calls. Today I am sending copies of this correspondence to the following agencies and asking each of them to conduct their own investigations into this matter as well as into - 's business practices of targeting - citizens and Synchrony 's business practices of opening credit card accounts and placing these - deep into debt.
