- - Bank and their second collection agency are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection act. The First collection agency assigned to - - was satisfied and paid in full. Now in - - Midland Credit Management became the owner of debt that has already been paid. I am tired of this nonsense, and so is my attorney and he knows California Law and that the debt can only be assigned once. Please help. - Creditors have been notified to remove these items from my credit but to no avial, I keep getting the run around. I greatly appreciated your help! Thank you. I have disputed with all three credits bureaus and they still wont remove these debts that have been satisfied.
