I disputed - negative items on my credit and - of the items I only disputed the late payments on. Instead of investigating the late payments, TransUnion removed the entire account when that was NOT what I had asked for. In addition to that, when I asked for them to reinsert the accounts, my letters were ignored. This is my - letter that i am sending them. Not only that but - account was disputed in error on my end and they removed it. Once I let them know about the error, they did not reinsert the account and refused to respond to my correspondence or reinsert the item.
