I do not know Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Virginia
They called frequently and at odd hours including weekends. They were rude and wanted information from me without telling me who they were. Asking for my private information. I was laughed at hung up on and talked down to for wanting to know who was calling me and why. I was cussed at also by them. They would n't help me with anything I have never received a paper letter from them saying I have a debt with them. They called from multiple numbers, if I answered I got a man who you could n't understand who then forwarded you to the company who asked why you were calling them. They are completely unprofessional and crazy. They think people do n't know the law and what they are allowed to do and not do. After I finally got to then and not hung up on I started quoting the law to which the manager laughed hysterically and told me to be quiet little gir ( I am not a little girl )
