Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I have a walmart Credit Card. In - I noticed online fraud charges. I contacted walmart and told them about it. They told me they would be closing my account and reissuing a card. Before that though I sent a payment in total of - dollars to cover my monthly minimum seeing as i did not know when new card would come at the suggestion of rep. I finally get new card activate it today and see that walmart is claiming i didnt pay - minimum. which they combined with - and - late charges. They are trying to charge me - dollars when rep suggested I make the payment on the day I did. I called them and asked them to listen to recorded call and they refused to help with the situation.
