This is an insurance claim that I have talked to the provider about and provided insurance information to. I was covered by Medicaid and the provider is NOT suppose to bill me for anything other than the contracted co-pay set by Medicaid. $1000.00 is NOT a co-pay. When I talked to the provider of the medical services, I gave them the insurance information and they said they would file it with Medicaid. I am not liable for this account.
