In - 2015, the closing agent forged the closing documents, decided that the closing date would be -/-/2015, and team of - - Agent, - - - - and Wells Fargo used the Closing Agent to attempt to arm-strong me into taking financial obligation and risking down payment of - cash prior to closing, and receiving nothing after closing. Their sole purpose is to gain money by deceiving me into thinking something which the fraud perpetrator knows to be false, robbing me with forged documents, instead of a gun, in the mask of complying with contract. On -, there was no valid Purchase & Sale Agreement, no Loan Commitment Letter from Wells Fargo, which on - confirmed that they had never issued loan approval, nonetheless, the closing agent performed a fake closing. On -, Wells Fargo wired the undocumented loan proceeds of $490000.00 - which is $7000.00 less than the expected loan amount - into the escrow account. Soon after the designed fake closing, - - released my funds to - - without my knowledge, robbing me with the help from Wells Fargo.
