NISSAN MOTOR ACCEPTANC creditor delinquent my account for not paying 2 Months. I set up a Auto Debit from my bank account and they had trouble in getting money from my account. They did not inform me via Email or Portal Mail about the late payment. When I checked my credit report I realized this and contacted them and paid the -. They promised to remove the delinquent on my account in 7 days and this conversation happened in - -. Till now they did not do anything related to my delinquent and also the customer support people was very rude to me. Because of this delinquent my credit fell - points. Also I spoke to them on - - and paid off the bill on the same day and again on - - they sent another delinquent notice to my credit report
