My name is -, my grandmother - who is a co-signer on one of my loans which was with - before - was taken over Navient Solutions. Navient Solutions has harassed my grandmother - for several months and are now stating that they are filing a law suit against her for payment on the loan. My account has been in deferment because I am currently in school at -, additionally, in -/-/2015 when I had access to my online account my deferment was still in place for my account. My grandmother starting complianting around - that she can not take getting several calls throughout the day regarding this loan.
pursuing and persecuting my grandmother for payment. They have given my grandmother a different account number for the same loan. When I call them to discuss the account they can not find my information. I just recently starter receiving letters stating that my loan is in default and that I need to contact them to make arrangements. I want them to stop harassing and threatening to sue my grandmother for payment on this loan, because I have always been responsible for this loan by either making payments on this loan or having the loan in deferment due to my continue education status. Bottom line want them to work with me which for some reason that have chosen to harass my - year old grandmother who is on a fixed income.
