Synovus Bank Prepaid card department,
First progress ( FP ) a prepaid credit card company recently rolled out a new paperless billing option. Once I enrolled, I did not receive an email statement for the billing cycle for that month ( i did not realize this at the time ). The following month I received a paperless statement indicating my payment for the previous month ( the month I had enrolled ) was not received. I checked my email and spam and realized the FP had not sent me an electronic statement for the month I had enrolled. I wrote to them explained how they missed sending me the electronic statement for the month I had enrolled but they shrugged it off by writing me a letter that stated that my complaint was " frivolous or irrelevant under the regulation V fair credit reporting. I selected this prepaid to better my credit and this late payment will effect my credit negatively. I hope this can be corrected.
