Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I made - payments to Synchrony Belk Credit Card in -, not realizing - of them did not post for - payment. I kept receiving phone calls from -. - yesterday ( -/-/2015 and - today. I called the number and it was Synchrony bank for Belk. I explained my situation and hey credited my account. But seriously, 3 times in one day is enough, - is ridiculous. I work in an office environment and while my phone is on vibrate it still disturbs others. If this is Synchrony banks process they need to be informed of the consumers rights.
