U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have an US Bank issued - - - that gives a renewal bonus of free night certificate ( - ) valid for US redemption after spending $10000.00 and paying the credit card annual fee. The - was supposed to be issued within 6 to 8 weeks of meeting both requirements. I met the requirements in mid - and I should have been issued the - in late -/ early -. I have been contacting both US Bank and - - numerous times since late - both by emailing and calling. They blamed each other for the delay and each told me to contact the other party as they are not responsible. After doing some research, I found out US Bank is ultimately responsible for the delay. After weeks of back and forth, I finally got a hold of an US Bank supervisor who verified my meeting the requirements and promised to escalate '' this case with the rewards department. I was told that I will receive the - within 10 days. That was a month ago. The supervisor even said that she 'll follow thru to ensure the - will be received by me in a timely manner after I told her that I need to make a reservation for -. US Bank failed me on many fronts.
