I signed a loan with Nissan Motors. I have not had a problem with this loan until recently. Unfortunately i had a total loss. However i was smart and purchased GAP. Since -/-/15 ive been trying to work with NIssan to get the loan taken care of. I have paid my account like always and i have been working with GAP to get their check issued out for the loan. This has been stressful. I have spoken to several customer service representative and customer relations and have been hung up on told different answers, have been talked to in a poor manner tranfered back into the call que. Also i have filed a - complaint but the coropartion has failed to respond or do anything or even acknowledge the complaint. I have been trying to get copies of the warranty cancellation policy checks so i can sent to GAp so they can redo their portion due to the fact they under estimate what i would get back on the poiicies. I have called daily trying to get it resolved no one has helped and they are very rude. I think its sad that they cant even respond to a - complaint. In the mean time another month has passed and i am now due for a payment when GAP has been trying to pay but due to the negligence of NIssan i am forced to pay even thoughi havent had to car in two months and im trying to resolve the issue. I just need some help i feel discouraged and stressed out.
