On -/-/2015 I refreshed by Trans-union credit report with via the website. However, I was shocked to see my credit score drop from - to -. I was shocked because I paid down $13000.00 in debt 2 weeks prior to refreshing my report. I called Trans-union only to be told the score dropped because they use an updated/revised score rage from - to - which lowered my score. I disputed this with the representative only to be placed on hold for - mins I disconnected the call me due to the excessive hold time. I confirmed with - and - that my credit score remains in the the - to - rage.
