Hello, my name is -, An account was opened back in 2011 with - - - Bank back, it was a result of ID theft, and the account was later charged off to Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC, anyways - - ( Now - - ) has done an investigation and decided it was a result of fraud, and they have removed their tradeline from my credit reports, but Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC refuses to remove their collection tradeline. I will attach a scanned copy of the letter they have sent me confirming the investigation.
