Received a letter in the mail from " Convergent Outsourcing Inc. '' They state they are collecting a debt from -. This appears to be a scam due to the fact that I have not used - for many years. Additionally, I have seen numerous complaints about this company online. They say that I owe $490.00, but I can reduce the balance by - % if I pay $240.00 now.
