Sterling Jewelers Inc. Credit card department,
kay jewelers continues to change the status of my former charge account to open in collections when it was included in bankruptcy and discharged. this is causing me harm in trying to repair my credit and get new credit. it just caused me a - point drop in my fico score by there reporting.
