Walmart/Synchrony Bank on -/-/2015Did not follow the -, SCRA when asked for it and submitted military documents supporting the benefits. When I spoke to the representative about the issue he said " We have the documents but that since I was a - that I knew at one point I would get called up and that made me ineligible to receive the SCRA. '' -. Since those benefits were n't given I was unable to make proper payments and even give the minimum. I worked out payments as much as I could at the time for time. Since the interest rate was so high I was just unable to make the payments. Soldiers regardless of status, going from - to - when being called to do so is not a fault of the soldier.
